The glue pot uses an EVA glue pot, and the automatic cycle of melting glue and adding glue function improves the edge banding efficiency. You can also choose an upper glue pot and a PUR no-clean glue pot. Compared with the lower glue pot, the glue line of the upper glue pot is more beautiful. Add a heating lamp device to heat the board before gluing to avoid the bad influence of low temperature environment on the edge banding effect and improve the edge banding effect.

4-wheel pressing belt scraping glue, 1 active pressing wheel, and 3 driven pressing wheels are responsible for pressing the edge banding belt to the edge of the board, making the edge banding more reliable and improving the edge banding quality.

The end cutting function cuts off the excess edge banding belt at both ends of the board to ensure that the edge is complete and burr-free.

Rough trimming function, use the rough milling cutting tool to trim the edge banding and remove the excess part. The fine trimming function trims the edge banding of the board and also leaves a margin for the scraping edge later.

Corner rounding function, the corner rounding unit will move synchronously according to the conveying speed of the board, and accurately trim the edge of the edge banding to ensure that the edge banding fits the board perfectly.

The scraping function is used to eliminate the secondary wave marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion of the trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and neater. At the same time, the scraping can also adjust the size of the arc to make the edge banding effect more perfect.

The polishing function is to finely polish the board after edge banding to make its surface smooth as a mirror, further enhancing the overall texture of the furniture.
